Jackie is a mom, wife, daughter, and sister, all while being a Fire Woman Champion, World Food Champion, Top 10 Champions Barbecue Alliance cook, and Top 10 IBCA cook.

Born and raised in San Antonio, TX, Jackie has been a competitor for the past 5 years and has taken a lead on the circuit.  Along with her husband Tim, together they represent and compete under Team Chupacabra for 2 Gringo’s Chupacabra Rubs.

We are looking forward to seeing what Jackie is going to do next.
